Refund Policy

We strive for accuracy and professionalism in every service. However, due to the nature of legal document preparation, refunds are limited.
1. No Refunds After Work Has Begun
Once document preparation has started, fees are non-refundable, as time and labor have already been invested.
2. Refunds Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a partial refund, minus:
- Administrative fees
- Intake costs
- Payment processing fees
3. Court Rejection
If a document is rejected due to an error we made, we will correct and resubmit at no additional charge.
If rejection is due to:
- User-supplied incorrect information
- Missing signatures
- Court rule changes
- User delays
No refund will be issued.
4. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to:
